Gratitude meditation

How often are you thankful and really mean and feel it? Have you ever noticed what changes inside your body when you are truly grateful? And how it affects your mood? Both the scientific and spiritual world have shown interest in gratitude. Besides making us feel better, we actually benefit from it on many levels. On a physical level, it stimulates our immune system, reduces pain and blood pressure, it motivates us to exercise and take care of our health, leading to better sleep and more rest. On a psychological level, it makes us feel better, have more positive emotions, more vitality, more joy, and pleasure, while helping us become more optimistic and happy. On a social level, we become more willing to offer help, be generous, forgiving, and more outgoing.

Thank people, situations, and things in your life, and observe how the abundance in your life is affected!

Find a quiet place, put away your phone or any other distraction and concentrate on yourself. If you are driving or doing something that needs your attention, please download it and listen to it when it’s time to relax. Enjoy!
