Yin Yang Meditation

After we met and made contact with our feminine and masculine energy, and all that they represent, in this episode we connect the opposing and complementary forces within, outside and around us. The yin-yang is constantly moving in order to maintain balance. If there is a separation from the yin and the yang, there can be no life. Find some time for yourself to observe how these energies interact.

If you still feel that there is no familiarity or you do not fully understand what concepts and qualities each side expresses, you can go back to the previous two episodes and repeat them for better results.
