The heart chakra

Let’s continue exploring and balancing our energy centers! It is time to get acquainted with our 4th energy center, known as the heart chakra, which is located in the center of our chest. The heart chakra is connected with our understanding of love, compassion, and our connection with all beings. This chakra is connected with the air element because love is like air, it is inside of us and everywhere around us. This energy center is the bridge between spiritual and natural, everything we believe and all our actions are filtered through our hearts. Also, the source of our ability to connect with nature, music, art, and true love is based on our heart chakra. It’s the strongbox of our skills and talents! When this chakra is unbalanced, we might feel unable to trust ourselves and others, we find it difficult to forgive and show compassion, we feel unhappy and we can’t recognize and value what and who we have beside us. If you have crystals such as, rose quartz, rhodonite, chrysoprase, fuchsite, emerald, aventurine, you can have them close to you or hold them during this meditation.

Find a quiet place, close your cell phone or any distraction and dedicate these minutes to yourself. If you are driving or doing something that needs your attention, please download it and listen to it when it’s time to relax. If you are pregnant and feel some discomfort, you can save this meditation and practice it after giving birth. Enjoy!
