Nikoleta Kounenidaki was born in 1992 in Heraklion, Crete. She is a graduate of Greek Philology, specializing in Linguistics, of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She also studied music and singing, as well as Melodramatics at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki. Today, she works as an actress with a major in dubbing and voice overing. She is a co-owner, voice actor and Project Manager at the Open Studio Post.

Her interest for meditation began in the early years of adulthood, when she first found herself in a group meditation center in Thessaloniki. Since then, meditation and research on the holistic approach and perception of life and humans have become an integral part of her daily life. She began to realize that through the control of the rational mind and the balancing of the energy of body and mind, our whole life, our soul, our health, our mood and the achievement of our goals are directly affected and take a completely different turn. She loves nature and takes care to connect with it on a daily basis. She believes that everything that is constructed and exists as it is by nature and Mother Earth catalyzes the conversation and the union of a human with his inner self and his personal truth and knowledge. For this reason, she nurtures a special love for crystals and the energy they bring, an energy that can be used as a form of alternative therapy, spiritual and physical, balancing our disturbed energy fields.
