Good morning! A meditation for positivity

As known, joy comes in the morning! You can decide to either start your day letting everything happen on autopilot, or you can be a conscious observer and act most beneficially for you. Every day is a chance to begin a new healthy habit that makes you feel better, such as meditation! At the end of this meditation, we mention 3 of the reiki principles which we like and find useful. Start your day with a big smile and meditation and focus on the bright side of life!
